The Electro-Voice PL44’s high-mid frequency content design precisely lifts vocals in the mix to where they need to be, resulting in fast and effective vocal placement.
At DM Music we test and compare every mic we sell and this mic is a great upgrade from the lower cost EV PL24 mic. The PL44 is warmer and more articulate, great for clarity and warmth with excellent feedback rejection. This is very similar to the Sennheiser E840 dynamic mic which is one of our favourites! A lovely vocal mic for the price!
