We are extremely pleased with the system. The switch to live streaming has been far less painful than I expected, and our volunteers love using the system. The quality of our online output has been extremely high, and the system design is one of the main reasons for that. Likewise, the [sound] quality in the church itself (especially now we are used to using it) is very good, and we have received universally positive comments from our congregation!

Thank you very much for designing our AV system. The engineers did a really good job and I’m truly delighted with my little monitor on the organ. They managed to fit it just below the stops, to the side of the manuals, so it is very discreet, and easy for me to see. And they were able to take the cable through the roof space. The picture is incredibly clear, and I can see everything I hoped to be able to. It will make a huge difference, knowing what is going on down in the nave. And the set-up in the sacristy is excellent too. Karen had an issue at first with getting the sound to work, but I think that is now resolved. I’m really glad we had this done, and am very impressed by your firm.

Here at Shepherd Drive Baptist Church, based on the outskirts of Ipswich, we would both endorse and recommend DM Music for their professionalism, efficiency and quality of service and installation work. DM’s initial contact with us was acting in a consultancy role. God willing, we hope to build an extension in the future, and they were extremely helpful both in helping us envisage and provisionally cost the audio-visual requirement for this. We were also keen to establish how we could improve our AV in the meantime whilst ‘future-proofing’ any expenditure. Chris Dennis’ (Our DM Project Manager) informative, extremely helpful, no pressure manner gave us the confidence to propose to the membership that we proceed to install a new projector, screen and other equipment. DM’s ethos is to provide and install equipment which allows the message to be clearly given which fitting in seamlessly with our ethos. The excellent customer service and an obvious high level of competency continued to be displayed in the installation period. For instance, a wire leading to the screen was efficiently tracked and hidden which including drilling through approximately six inches of brick. The wire from our AV cupboard to the projector was tracked in the skirting board, including through a large storage cupboard, and under a fire door – tracks that we as a church didn’t know existed proving DM’s enhanced proficiency. The difference that this installation has made to our church, especially during busy events such as Messy Church and Family Carol Services, is amazing – as is, now, the standard of projection. We heartily recommend DM Music. They, by their own admission, may not be your cheapest option. However, they will offer you best value against investment. We consider DM to be a partner as, God willing, we develop as a church and are delighted to have that relationship.

Just a quick note to thank you for your work last week. The new projector images looked absolutely fantastic at the weekend and we received many positive comments.

Your engineers were a most pleasant and helpful team and it has been a pleasure to work with you and your company. The system is superb, is easy to set up and we have not needed to adjust anything during a service. The congregation love it. They can hear clearly all around the church, yet it is not intrusive. Just what we wanted. We have now had the system in for a couple of Sundays and I have to say everyone is extremely impressed. The uniformity of the sound levels throughout the building is impressive. The day after it was installed we had a funeral and the family turned up with some recorded music on an iPod. Of course it was simple to connect and control with new system. So full marks all round.

The handover was notable by the simplicity in operating the system which has been a basic for Anton and myself, as the people who will be using it will be non-technical folk. The end product is an easily managed quality system. Users are very happy with the way they can use it with virtually any device and get some really good quality sound. I know Anton will want to join me in saying thank you to yourself and your team for an excellent job.

Everything went fantastically well last Sunday. The Bishop was very impressed with things at Fulbrook Church and special mention was made of the new sound system during the service on Sunday evening. ...Your team were absolutely excellent in everything they did and it's really quite difficult to see the changes in our church, so thank you very much.

The sound system is still getting great comments. It is quite amazing how the voices from the different speakers appear so natural. They don’t seem ‘amplified’ at all, and uncannily, the voice appears to be coming from the person and not from the speakers in the roof!

We have seen a huge overall improvement in sound quality. The overall clarity we now get from the main house speakers is exceptional in comparison to what we had prior. Your guys did a really nice job of all the cabling to the new speakers and kept it as invisible as possible.

I popped into the church lounge last night to see the new equipment, and I have to say I was amazed what a difference it made to using a microphone. The clarity and volume that can be achieved without feedback is significantly better than it has been - especially when not standing very close to the mic, and I am sure it will make a big difference to the sorts of meetings that use that room. Your re-organisation of the rack makes a lot of sense too, so thanks for that.

I just wanted to say thanks to you and the team for all your efforts with our installation last month. We had a Deacons meeting last night, and we all agreed that the quality of the installation, and the way in which it was done, could not be faulted. I know the guys went to great effort - beyond what might be expected - to hide cabling and make the installation as neat as possible, and your late-nights in completing the all-important details are appreciated! Six weeks in and we are still getting positive feedback about the improved sound, vision, recording quality, etc. …the improvement in sound quality is vast, and the clarity and flexibility of the projection system and screens is a huge improvement over the OHPs!

We are absolutely delighted with our new sound system. Some of the elderly folk have said that it is the first time that they have felt really involved in the worship for years. The DAC came today as expected and were very impressed indeed. I would like to thank you for the work you have done for Teddington Baptist Church during this past year. We try to take pride in our buildings. ...The skills you have invested in the building have enabled us to do that.

It was a great success; the singing was louder and you could see peoples faces as they looked up to the screen rather than down into a book. Judging from the responses I think we will be using it more often than we first thought: Those who didn't like the idea of a screen have now warmed to the reality and see the advantages.

Just to let you know that the gear DM installed is great and has made a big difference to our sound.

The new digital projector system is brilliant and so much more flexible than the old OHP. So I'm really looking forward to exploring its potential in the Autumn services.

Our system has been in use since 8 Aug and we are generally very pleased with it and the impressive capability it provides. The sound quality is widely admired, and the induction loop works well with much less polarisation than the old one.

The sound is working really well. The members of the choir and the servers are delighted to be able to hear the sermon etc clearly for the first time.

The email I received from the secretary of the PCC says it all: “Thanks for the helpful update and congratulations on the successful completion of the project. Its first public screening with the Alpha trailer at today’s 10am service went down a storm!” There was an audible hush at the end of the Alpha ad, with a gasp from someone as the coffins ran off the end of the conveyer belt – I think it showed the impact of AV and might have persuaded someone to go to our next Alpha course! After the service, I had lots of people coming up to me to comment on how clearly the video could be seen and to goggle at all the flashing lights of the equipment. Everyone seems very pleased and eager to start using it more fully.

Thank you and your team for the really excellent AV installation you completed last autumn at Holy Trinity. Now that the system has been up and running for a few weeks and things have settled down we can appreciate what a good investment we have made. The new visuals are enhancing the worship experience greatly and are being very warmly received by the church family. Among unexpected benefits, the quality of the singing has improved noticeably as people lift their heads to read the words from the screens. We are only just beginning to use the cameras but their potential is clear too. In short a great success. We were most impressed by the professionalism of your approach, from initial planning through to installation. On behalf of St Stephens Church I would like to thank you for the work that you and your team have undertaken in installing our new audio/visual system. I first met Jon at a CRE seminar in the summer and he agreed to come at short notice and provide a quotation for us. From that meeting, until our eventual installation at the end of November he has been a constant source of support and encouragement. His visit to the church and subsequent replies to my many questions has enabled us to install a system which has delighted even the church sceptics. His professionalism was a major factor in us choosing DM. The installation team, Graham, Ben and Steve were a pleasure to work with. I was able to be at the church throughout the installation and they discussed options and handled my questions with clarity and patience. They all had a good understanding of the ethos and needs of the church. Graham had to put up with a large inquisitive group of Elders who appeared while he was struggling to configure a defective switcher box. Ben discussed various related topics with me and made several useful suggestions. Steve was there from before the start of the first day and present throughout. He was a real asset to your team. He was prepared to listen to my ideas and went out of his way to ensure I was really happy with what he was setting up.

The smile on his face said it all. A member of our church who is severely hearing impaired said that he was ‘really thrilled’ with the new induction loop. He explained that for the first time he was now able to hear most of what was going on in church and join in the worship. We are all really thrilled with the new sound system which worked brilliantly on its first Sunday ... we could all relax knowing that everyone could hear and that the sound system worked. The installation has ‘disappeared’ into the building so thank you for the very real car with which you did everything and your professionalism and meticulous approach.

The old sound reinforcement system at St Michael’s was life-expired, reliability and quality were deteriorating and the functionality fell well short of what is currently expected. It no longer provided a suitable platform for display and amplification of church service liturgy, songs and sermon material, and it certainly did not appeal to the younger members of the congregation! The new system, developed and installed by DM Music, has successfully addressed all of these issues. The sound quality is excellent and well balanced throughout the building. We use a wide range of musical instruments, both acoustic and electric, including violins, guitars, flutes and electronic keyboards, and often have several vocalists leading singing. The system handles all of these very well. Last Sunday a visitor commented that the CD which was playing “Sounded like a piano playing in the room”. The screen display is clear and, thanks to the excellent dialogue with DM Music during development of the specification, the system is flexible and easy to use. DM Music have been committed throughout to providing excellent customer service. The many site visits and innumerable phone calls and emails have paid dividends – a system which should meet our needs for many years to come. The written proposal by DM Music was accepted readily by the DAC for the installation in our Grade II listed building. We thoroughly recommend DM Music, not only for their technical expertise, but for their quality of work. The installation includes 2.2km of cable, but it is almost impossible to find any! – it is all hidden away under floors or discretely glued to pillars. “We needed a 21st century Sound & Vision system in a 19th century building in a location where there is great sensitivity about the appearance and use of the building. DM Music worked alongside us patiently and painstakingly during all the design and approval process, and were committed to providing a solution that met our long term needs and addressed all the concerns expressed by the many different interests involved.

We ran the system on Sunday and had some very favourable comments. ...A vast improvement on what we had previously.

DM proved to be a competent, caring and patient team for whom no obstacle seemed insurmountable. Throughout the exercise everyone we came across from DMIP displayed the utmost courtesy and professionalism: no question was left unanswered and no job was carried out with anything but the greatest care and attention to detail.

The sound was much improved - it was much richer and filled the church much more evenly and with much less colouration and distortion.

The smile on his face said it all. A member of our church who is severely hearing impaired said that he was ‘really thrilled’ with the new induction loop. He explained that for the first time he was able to hear what was going on in church and join in the worship. A really big thank you to the DM team who worked their socks off. The installation has ‘disappeared’ into the building, so thank you for the real care with which you did everything and your professionalism and meticulous approach.

I would just like to let you know, users of the Loop system in the Barn have told me the reception is now excellent and they can hear a conversation when there is a lot of background chatter going on. eg the primary school's Christmas Fayre.
