Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
PLEASE NOTE: FOR NON-ACCOUNT HOLDERS WE WILL ONLY DELIVER TO THE REGISTERED CARD ADDRESS.
Credit Card Security
We accept a number of credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard.
We currently accept credit & debit card payments through WorldPay or PayPal (your choice at checkout) using their Secure Servers. For your peace of mind all credit or debit card orders placed via our website will use only WorldPay or PayPal secure servers, credit card numbers are encrypted using their secure systems. We do not hold credit card numbers on our website. They are not held in clear text on our web site. On top of that we also use SSL Secure transactions for any personal information entered on the www.dmmusic.com website eg. registering for an account or at checkout.

Delivery of goods will be made to the registered card holder address.
For alternative delivery addresses please call DM Music to arrange.
Delivery charges shown represent regular packages deliveries with the UK mainland. For overseas, large, or very heavy items please contact DM Music (01582 761122) to arrange delivery charges.
Delivery will be undertaken by a registered, courier service during normal weekday business hours for orders over £15.00. A signature will be required to receive goods at the address. Please check package condition before signing for the goods. Weekend (Saturday) deliveries may be availble and will usually incur extra costs. For orders under £15.00 Royal Mail post will be used.

*Very large items such as Digital Pianos may incur a delivery charge dependant on location in UK mainland.
Deliverys to locations outside UK mainland (including but not limited to Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & islands, N Ireleand, S Ireland) will incur higher deliver charges. Please call for a quote.
Risk passes to the purchaser once goods have been delivered.
We aim to process and deliver orders within 2-3 working days, however all delivery times and dates are subject to stock availability. Please contact DM Music to check availability. Once your order is placed DM Music will contact you by email to advise of stock availability and delivery ETA. This website shows products that we sell but does not necessarily indicate that these are in stock at the time of ordering.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries must be notified within 3 working days.
Goods remain the property of DM Music Ltd until cleared payment has been received in full.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
You are free to cancel any order before payment has been taken free of charge.

Any transportation costs for cancelled orders must be paid by the purchaser, except in instances where the goods supplied are faulty, have been supplied in error, or miss-described by the seller. We can arrange collection of a cancelled order on behalf of the purchaser, and a collection charge will be confirmed when the collection is arranged.
Orders cannot be cancelled where the goods have been altered by the purchaser in any way from the original condition.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added - product pricing is shown inclusive of VAT.

DM Music Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Please notify us of your intention to return unwanted goods within 7 days of purchase/receipt of goods (whichever is longer), in exchange for a full refund, with no penalty.
In case of cancellation, if the goods have already been dispatched and the goods are not faulty then the return delivery costs will be bourn by the customer. However, if there is a fault, the return delivery costs will be bourn by us, DM Music Ltd.
Outside of the 7 day period (above) we will arrange, from the return of faulty goods, with the manufacturer / supplier for repair or replacement, under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. This policy is invalidated if the goods have been altered in any way from their original condition, or if the fault is due to misuse by the purchaser. Invalid warranty products may be returned for chargeable repair with the manufacturer / supplier. Please contact DM Music Ltd with any of the above issues.
Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. Credit/debit card refunds will be processed immediately and normally take 3-5 working days to show on the customer's account.
Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned.
Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale.
Orders for software products, licenses or hardware that includes software as part of the package cannot be refunded once the software has been opened, and/or activated. Video/Audio content in the form of CDs or DVDs also cannot be returned if the item has been opened.
