Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
PLEASE NOTE WE WILL ONLY DELIVER TO THE REGISTERED CARD ADDRESS.
We accept credit card payment through WorldPay using their secure shopping servers.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We cannot accept American Express.

Shipping And Handling Delivery of goods will be made to the registered card holder address.
For alternative delivery addresses please call DM Music to arrange.
Delivery charges shown represent regular packages deliveries with the UK mainland. For overseas, large, or very heavy items please contact DM Music (0844 980 9822) to arrange delivery charges.
Delivery will be undertaken by a registered, insured courier service during normal weekday business hours. A signature will be required to receive goods at the address. Please check package condition before signing for the goods.
Risk passes to the purchaser once goods have been delivered.
We aim to process and deliver orders within 2-3 working days, however all delivery times and dates are subject to stock availability. Please contact DM Music to check availability.
Once your order is placed DM Music will contact you by email to advise of stock availability and delivery ETA if longer than 2-3 working days.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries must be notified within 3 working days.
Goods remain the property of DM Music until cleared payment has been received in full.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Cancellations procedure:
You are free to cancel any order before payment has been taken free of charge.
Cancellation requests must be sent to websales@dmmusic.com
Please put your order reference in the subject field header and the words "order cancellation"
Any transportation costs for cancelled orders must be paid by the purchaser, except in instances where the goods supplied are faulty, have been supplied in error, or miss-described by the seller. We can arrange collection of a cancelled order on behalf of the purchaser, and a collection charge will be confirmed when the collection is arranged.
Orders cannot be cancelled where the goods have been altered by the purchaser in any way from the original condition.

Privacy Policy DM Music do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. Credit/debit card refunds will be processed immediately and normally take 3-5 working days to show on the customer's account.
Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned.
Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale.
Faulty Goods: Within 28 days of the date of delivery, we can arrange for the collection and replacement of faulty goods. Outside of 28 days from the date of delivery, we will arrange from the return of faulty goods from us to the manufacturers for repair or replacement, under the terms of manufacturer's warranty. This policy is invalidated if the goods have been altered in any way from their original condition, or if the fault is due to misuse by the purchaser. Invalid warranty products may be returned for chargeable repair with the manufacturer / supplier. Please contact DM Music with any of the above issues.
Orders for software products or hardware that includes software as part of the package cannot be refunded once the software has been opened. Video/Audio content in the form of CDs or DVDs also cannot be returned if the item has been opened.
