Equipment Repairs
We have a dedicated in-house Engineer dealing with all equipment repairs and testing. Failure rates on electrical equipment can vary, and so one of the criteria we use for recommending products for purchase and/or installation is reliability. It is in our (and your) interest to supply you with reliable equipment.We endeavour to have the lowest rate of equipment failure as possible. However due to the nature of regular use at church inevitably things do get broken or develop a fault.
If you have a broken or faulty item within its warranty period (purchased from DM Music Ltd) then we will facilitate its repair or replacement under warranty by liasing with the manufacturer or supplier on your behalf. Similarly if the item is out of warranty we will liase with the manufacturer or supplier (or possibly a repair agent) to establish an estimate before repair and advise you of this accordingly.

Service Call Outs
Sometimes things don't work how they're supposed to! It could be human error, it could be a faulty or broken product or component, it could be somethings plugged into the wrong place or just not switched on at all. Whatever it is, you need to get it sorted, usually, 'as soon as possible'!The fastest way to request a Service Call is to fill out the Service Request form below in full.
